Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tradeniti Investment Solutions believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

2Digital Products

For digital products like books and masterclass videos, cancellation requests are accepted only if made within 24 hours of purchase and before accessing the content. Once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be processed.

3Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt. The request will be entertained once we have verified the issue. Please provide clear photos of the damaged product for faster processing.

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

4Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by Tradeniti Investment Solutions, it will take 7-15 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds will be credited to the same account/card used for the purchase
  • Processing time: 7-15 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
